"Have stayed a couple of times, unfortunately found this time mould in the shower, tried scrubbing it off myself, but would not budge room 803, atrium room, found that next time if I stay again, would prefer a window on the outside."

"The room and hotel were pretty nice. Unfortunately there were a couple of bad experiences with having to queue 30 minutes for breakfast one morning which meant we only got in 10 minutes before it closed. They then refused to leave it open later to account for all the people who had been stuck queuing and only recently made it in. Also had a staff member come to check why we hadn’t checked out of our room when our package gave us a 12pm checkout."
