"We've stayed here before, but now it is in desperate need of updating. Very old and rundown condition with stained carpets, water damage to walls, everything is shabby, etc. However, the location, view and beach are great. "

"We love staying at the Lincoln Sands when we visit Lincoln city! Right on the beach with beautiful views! The nearby tide pools are a favorite as well. The staff are extremely friendly. We especially love the chowder and cookies ❤️ we also really enjoy the pool. Thanks for always taking such good care of our family!"

"It was a very clean place. The internet was down the first day, but it worked the rest of the time. The view was beautiful. Host replied to messages in a timely manner. No rugs anywhere in the place, so my dog had no place to laydown. Food/water bowl provided along with a dog towel and poop bags. No counter space and no cutting board in kitchen made it challenging to prepare anything. (We left some cutting boards). Beds were comfy. The bedroom facing the parking lot needs some window coverings to keep out the light from the parking lot. The glass blocks let in a lot of light, making it difficult to sleep. Also the blinds on the window had a broken slat, allowing outside onlookers to see into the room. These also didn't seal out the light very well. The 2nd bedroom could also use an extra blanket. Overall, it was a pleasant stay."

"The daytime host was very friendly and helpful. The evening person could have been more friendly. I had an issue with the shower faucet and the morning person was able to resolve it right away. The breakfast would be better if boiled eggs or cheese or some type of protein were available but otherwise was fine."

"Vintage charm with all the modern conveniences. Amazing view and so many places to sit and listen to the waves and watch the ocean. Super comfortable bed, clean hot tub, plenty of towels, well stocked and furnished kitchen. We loved everything about our stay.p.s. to future guests, as my stubborn husband finally conceded, gps won't get you there once in Lincoln City. Use the directions provided by host."
