"Joe and Kait are wonderful hosts—very communicative, helpful, accommodating—and the house is just as it looks in the pictures. It was a perfect house for our group of 10–6 adults, 4 kids—great comfortable space for hanging out, cooking and eating, and sleeping. It had everything we needed. We made great use of the entire space, the yard especially—soccer and football even though it was cold. It was the absolute perfect place to celebrate our family Thanksgiving, and we’d definitely do it again. "

"As expected, the Hampton Inn is always clean, well appointed and a great stay. Beds are always awesome. Breakfast is great. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t very strong, but that could be a local water issue. All in all 10 out of 10"

"We stayed here for a wedding weekend and it was perfect for our whole crew. I had my toddler and our dog with us, and the house was super well set up for both, which made life a lot easier. My family, including my in-laws all stayed and everyone was really comfortable. The place was very clean, communication with the host was great, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. Overall, an awesome stay — would definitely come back!"

"No shops nearby unfortunately but it was close to URI which is why we came. Nice, clean and cozy. Wood stove was nice on the rainy night. "
