"Very noisy upstairs. Stomping around and lots of door slamming. Also, the grab bar inside the tub area was broken. Pulled out from the wall and I almost fell. The body soap and shampoo containers were empty and the toilet paper rolls are on the opposite wall from the toilet so I had to practically get off the toilet to even reach the toilet paper. Ridiculous set up. That grab bar must be fixed. So dangerous. Don’t the cleaners check these things? Very disappointed with this visit and I do not...
