"The weather was not good for the first half of the stay. The view was beautiful. The view was block as the owner stated. It was noisy and the workers were messy and stared into the condo. The deck was very dirty from the construction (not the owners fault). The place was not very clean. The light in the bedroom in the fan flickered on and off so we did not use it. The fan in the bedroom was very dirty and aggravated my allergies until we cleaned it. The view was spectacular but the place could use a little love."

"Pros: location and ocean view Cons: lady at front desk was not friendly and resented having to get out of her chair. No insulation between rooms..people in upstairs room could be heard stomping around at 11:00 at night. No black out blinds. This place has seen better days."

James’s place absolutely delivered.The studio has a wonderful ambiance — comfortable, relaxing, and thoughtfully put together. It felt like a true retreat the moment we walked in. The location is perfect: close to everything, yet quiet enough to unwind and disconnect.James was an outstanding host. He was responsive, proactive with recommendations, and genuinely willing to go above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.Even though the weather didn’t fully cooperate, the studio itself made the weekend special. It was the perfect setting to slow down and celebrate.We highly recommend Seascape Studio Beach Retreat and can’t wait to stay with James again."

"Just wanted to send in a review and say that we stayed here and had a wonderful time. Ashley, the host was very very accommodating with any questions we had during our stay . The condo was well equipped with anything that we needed, and the view was spectacular ! We were fortunate enough to have wonderful weather and every morning we woke up early to have coffee watching the sunrise. And the beach was spectacular to walk on also. I did think it was a little strange that you had to bring your own sheets, but not a big deal as we were traveling by a car and not flying there. Just something you should be aware of before you get there! I believe Ashley has it in the description but honestly, I missed it when I first looked at it. But my mistake. End result, I would highly recommend this unit and dealing with Ashley as a host . And we really enjoyed the entire feel of the Ocean Isle area. We stayed there in November and I’m sure it’s different in the summer when everything’s busier but November was beautiful. Thank you Ashley !!! Scott & Linda "
