Room itself was quite small but for one night it was fine. Easy to walk to a few restaurants in the area. Good motel for a travel stopover."

It was also nice having an outside exit as well as an inside exit, made packing our luggage very easy as we were parked right out the door. Would stay here again."

"The room was great, the beds were comfy and so were the pillows. The sheets were so soft! The people upstairs (from us) were definitely stomping around a lot at night, so it's not super sound proofed. My kids and I LOVED the pool and hot tub area. The pool was WARM the hot tub was HOT and the waterslide was fast!!!! We will definitely stay again! The breakfast had many options.. something for everyone. There was spinach egg patties, sausages, hash browns, yogurt, pancakes and waffles, cereal,...

McBride is a lovely little village and the McBride Hotel Bar is a warm and inviting place for drinks in the afternoon or evening. 😊❤️"

"The location was very good. There was a few restaurants nearby and a grocery store along with gas stations, Canadian Tire and Tim Hortons. There were a few homeless people near and around the hotel. Staff was great and the restaurant was quite tasty. No complaints whatsoever. Great experience."

"Despite the recent renovation the room retains the old odour of cigarette smoke. The room was not the cleanest. Shower curtain smelled musty. Shower had slime mold in the corner, dirty bathroom baseboards and walls. All light switches needed a wipe down. Towels dingy. Looked at breakfast and decided to eat out. Disappointing stay"
