"The motel was ok. There is no staff member on site most of the time, but they have a supply closet with extras. The rooms have been redone to a 1960s decor. They were ok, but could have been nicer. The beds are on the hard side, but the room was clean. They are still remodeling the outside, so it was still a bit rough. Overall an ok stay, especially with very few options in the area."

She told me over the phone how nice and happy my fiance and I were checking in that we even got a free upgrade. She didn’t know that we were there to take our engagement photos in the sleeping bear dunes so it just made our weekend. Would totally stay again! (: "
