"We were on a 2 week roadtrip and this hotel was the best for service. The room was clean, quiet & spacious. Nick at the front desk upgraded us and called us by name whenever we walked through the lobby, checking in to make sure everything was okay. The day we checked out it was very hot outside & the GM sent us with free cold drinks for our drive. Little things for sure, but lots of little kindnesses can mean a lot, especially when you’re on the road far from home. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"We have stayed here while visiting family in the area before. We’ll be back. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Bathroom well set up for senior though floor in room needs small repair. Breakfast is very nice continental breakfast—fresh fruit as well as wonderful yogurt beyond cook your own waffles."

"I loved the way this older historic hotel has been renovated. The original floors, lobby and main rooms remind you of its history while the rooms, bedding, and amenities are up to date. The music in the various rooms changes creating an ambiance reminder of the old mixed with the new. Staff is very very attentive. I loved seeing the children at the pool, playing on the extensive lawn and all dressed in their resort casual for dinners. It reminded me of all the special reasons families love this resort. We really enjoyed the "specialness" of this place. "
