"Last minute night away , lovely welcome from owner showed us where we could park ,how to get to our room and chatted to us for bit,lovely man. Was about 7:30 pm when arrived so we popped are bags in room and then went local town for food , later after back we went to swimming pool for hour was absolutely lovely sooo warm and inviting spent over hour in there had to ourselves ,back in room we got into comfy beds and watched tv before sleeping , In morning got up early went to sweet little diy...

"This is a great place if you are independent, looking to do your own cooking and wanting to see the sights and do some shopping. I didn't see any staff but I had no need."

"Nice stay, staff friendly, clean room, handy for the railway station and football ground, the room I was in was on the top floor whch has a very steep staircase so bear that in mind if you struggle with stairs apart from that I highly recommend this place. Parking is by paying a fee and hotel gives you a parking permit as the streets outside the hotel require a permit. "

"Located as the Pub says in the "Middle of Nowhere" "In the middle of everywhere". A fabulous location in Norfolk about 15 minutes drive from Holt and the North Norfolk Railway by a maze of little country roads. No traffic noise just peace and quiet. The food is very good and the suppliers to the pub are listed on a large blackboard in the bar, all are very local, worth mentioning are the Smoked Salmon, Sausages, Bacon and Black Pudding all top notch, Large garden to sit in on sunny days with...
