"It has a nice dining area and the mattress placement and quality were uncomfortable for sleeping on. The loud A/C fan, sitting furniture and tub is perfect for enjoying with a partner. It was not preferrable for someone traveling alone and wanting to rest. The walls are also pretty thin so I chose to leave the loud fan on for background noise which I was really thankful for and hope they don’t replace for that reason. Compromise is important and I appreciate the options and flexibility this...

"Delit (?) was amazing when we checked in! She advised us of remodeling in progress, and since we had grandkids with us, asked if we wanted a room overlooking the pool. There were some minor issues with the room ( needed more towels, etc), but easily taken care of. The kids really enjoyed the "make your own waffles" at breakfast, and enjoyed their pool time! All of the staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!"

"We have been traveling here frequently from Carlsbad to see my nearly 101 year old mother-in-law. We have stayed at the Palm Garden during these visits and this time decided to try the Hampton. Very pleased with our visit. Especially noted the bed being extremely comfortable, quietness in the room and the black out shade that helped us sleep in.
