"Loved our stay can’t wait to stay again "

"We live this place and will come back. Staff needs some training on friendliness. We weren’t welcomed by staff and they seem really unhappy. Most resorts we go too say help to you when you walk in. They have a smile on their face and make you feel welcomed. Checking in was stressful but once we got to our room, we were very happy with everything. Food by the pool is great!!! Great drinks too. Pools are clean and wasn’t overly crowded. Water slides are fun. The restaurant is closed but you can order breakfast and lunch at the pool bar. We ended up staying another night. I went to the lobby to chat with some one to book another night and the lady wasn’t very nice. So we just booked it through Expedia! Otherwise this resort is awesome. "

"We enjoyed our stay and we’re so impressed with how kid friendly everything felt. We were bummed that the splash pad area and slides closed so soon after check-in (5 o’clock) but we’re excited to experience it the next day, the pool and water areas were a fav for our 2 and 6 year old. "

"The staff can make or break any organization and we must say that those at this property are always on point. Practically every time we seek lodging in the Coachella Valley, we select the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells. From the front desk to housekeeping, to valet, everyone was very attentive, friendly, and accommodating. Kudos to management for their consistency in staff training!"
