They had no availability for my booking 4. Their name was Augustine. 5. To ask Hotels.com for a refund. The host then ignored my requests for further assistance so...

"Everything about our stay was lovely! Zarifa was a great host with fast replies on communication. The house was cleaned spotless, looked just like the photos, and was very comfortable for our multi-generational trip. There was also a great array of bags of crisps, cookies, milk, and coffee to get us started right when we arrived. A beautiful small garden in the back with great plants, just a really peaceful spot.
