"Nice apartment with easy access to central London, however it was advertised as sleeping 5 people in 2 double beds and one sofa bed. On arrival it was evident that there was no sofa bed. On contacting the owner we were told that the 5th person should sleep on the sofa with a pillow off one of the existing beds and a thin throw blanket that was provided. This was wholly unsuitable and my teenage daughter got very little sleep throughout our 2 night stay.
I requested a refund of the cost of one...
