Room was average in condition at best, the laminate floor was swollen and very noisy, the smoke alarm was covered with a plastic bag, meaning this created a health and safety risk. The bathroom was not very clean, dirty grout, cracked floor tile, corroded fixtures and something brown smeared on the tiles. "

"Hotel was basic but good value for London. Shower OK. Room and bathroom cleaned every day. Tea bags and milk tubs added daily. Towels changed 3 days out of 4. TV useless. Needs about 30 minutes to warm up and limited channel choice."
