"We stayed one night at Leonardo Heathrow before a morning flight. The location was extremely convenient, as was booking transport to the airport. It is clearly a busy hotel and the room was a bit worse for wear. But it was clean and we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast buffet. Most importantly, after our stay we realized my daughter had left behind a beloved stuffed animal. I was able to get in touch with staff who was extremely helpful in locating the toy, holding it for us for over a month, packaging and coordinating pickup, and staying in communication. That meant so much!"

The property is new and very clean. We had a double room which was small but pleasantly decorated and highly functional. Nice spot for visiting London and spending most of your day out."
