We were offered 2 rooms left to choose from (which weren't ready) but neither room was ensuite, so we refused. We were told by the person managing the property to wait, initially until around 6.30pm, which then became 8.30, when he could ask the people staying in the suite if they wanted to swap to a room without facilities! "Small but neat and clean hotel, typical of London. Staff is helpful and friendly, location is close enough to get around. Only complain would be the lack of elevator - my room was located on the 3rd floor and had to climb up 5 flights of stairs - not easy with luggage."
