"We celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday with a 2 night stay at The Luton Hoo. The experience from start to finish was nothing short of exemplary. Our suite was incredibly clean, comfortable and luxurious, the spa was fantastic and the food was excellent. But the thing that stood out the most for us was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Every single one of them was polite and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. "We tend to use flats when we go away as a family with 3 children 1, 4 and 6. Really clean property. Thoughtful extras dishwasher tablets, washing machine detergent, tea, coffee, milk, wine, orange juice. Property had a bit of minor, understandable, wear and tear. "The apartment itself was very well appointed and exactly as advertised. The elevator in the building was out of order as such it was quite exhausting carrying all the luggage to the top floor. The parking is convenient but quite tight."
