"The receptionist who checked me in was rude and blunt. Limited directions and conversation, just asked for id then handed me the room key without even stating the number. Room was okay, something fell out of the ac unit? Airport shuttle was easy to find, right outside the hotel and times were clearly posted in reception. "

"Comfortable bed, nice shower, quiet. Location wasn't perfect. But it was fine taking a quick bus ride to the airport. "

"Very convenient if you take the heathrow pod to the hotel from terminal 5. The facility is older but very clean and the restaurant/bar is very convenient. The bed was comfortable and clean bathroom. I didn't have the breakfast but nice that they offered it. Price was very reasonable and very friendly staff. "

"There were numerous maintenance issues in the room - broken faucetS (plural), shower door did not close, towel hook was missing, fridge did not work, issues with the TV. Bathroom was DIRTY. Toilet had not been cleaned. There was mold in the shower. We booked for 3 people (and were charged for 3 people) but we were only provided with TWO (2) towels, 2 glasses, 2 mugs, etc… The hotel was understaffed. Took 20 minutes to reach the reception! ALL of this should have been dealt with PRIOR to check-in."
