"Perfect Luton location - two minute walk from train/bus station, two mins in all directions is numerous restaurants/cafes, mall/ships, post office, park, etc. Desk staff is very helpful. Efficient and friendly. Rooms were clean, the most important part! Good shelf space in the bathroom. However, one of the rooms had no bedside table or storage at all, but two hooks on the wall. "When arriving at the hotel looked lovely from outside went entered the reception look like work was being done lady on reception very nice and helpful had few issues entering the room with plastic key card in the room it was very basic bed tele kettle etc walls dirty and headboard on bed very noisy when moving around .in the bathroom there was mould on the ceiling and side of bath the room was very light had a blind but light still came so up early no curtains "

For a start The number given for check in was not working, luckily there was someone there who phoned them for us as there was no one in reception,contrary to what was advertised. When we checked in it turns out our room was in cricklewood(15 mins walk away),not in Chatsworth road as advertised. This is very bad and not fair on the guests. "Used this accommodation as a base to attend the R1 big weekend in Luton. Pricing was set to take advantage of this event, (fair enough), and it fulfilled the purpose well. "

"The property is what you pay for, it lacks the necessities such as no glasses in the rooms and no bins in the bathrooms. The beds were very comfy and clean. Throughout the night it is very noisy and you can hear the people outside and furniture being moved from others staying in the property. Overall it was a good stay "
