Stayed for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed the stay there. Friendly staff and facilities are excellent with well maintained grounds and gardens. Nice spot to get away from the hustle and bustle yet be relatively close to London.

Made my friend feel magical

Clean rooms, friendly staff, amazing breakfast.

This is an amazing property is perfect for a few days

Staff were super helpful

Beautiful little hotel in the cute little town of Bray. It was a delight, though dining at hotel was limited. I don't know why someone would choose to stay at an airport hotel when there is a wonderful place like this just a short drive away. Very convenient to Heathrow. Very romantic hotel. On an actual island, it was very nice in fall but I imagine it would be spectacular in summer. Only downside is no pool. Total delight!

This hotel location and availability were an excellent choice for our long flight layover. Check in was easy even though our flight was very late, the staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to check in quickly and get right to sleep. The room was well appointed and comfortable.

The Milestone is in a class by itself. It provides personalized "old world" service while offering every modern amenity The front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping department is outstanding; every area of the hotel is absolutely spotless. Those who work in the restaurant, especially during breakfast, are excellent. We can't wait to visit again!

Everything was amazing. My family and I enjoyed every bit of London.

Delightful experience to stay here. Quirky, boutique hotel with personality in the building and the staff. Attentive, highly responsive and welcoming staff. Like the building, the room was non-standard in its layout, making the most of the available space and the location. Well equipped and well appointed room with all amenities and while a few of the furniture items showed some wear, the mattress was firm, bedding was crisp and clean and the toilet and shower were immaculate. Restaurant / bar...

Family vacation with two adults and 3 kids. Had great communication leading up to the trip. They were able to accommodate all of our requests: early check in, late check out, arranged transportation, assisted with groceries, and even gave us a room upgrade! We were very comfortable and would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great for business trips but small rooms and super basic

This is a lovely hotel, definitely deserves its 4* rating. The staff were all great. The hotel is very clean and very well appointed. One can access The Third Space gym and 108 Brasserie, along with the other hotel amenities via the lobby which would be great if the weather was unsatisfactory. My only complaint would be this - I was traveling with my children, 6 & 11, and booked this hotel so I could take them swimming in our down time. Unfortunately, as the pool is part of The Third Space,...

Convenient option in Mayfair. Very quiet yet close to shopping and dinning areas

Very nice newly furnished hotel. Nice and friendly staff. Only few minutes walking distance to one of the busiest shopping streets of London, Oxford street. Few minutes to Hyde park. Very close to underground station in Marble Arch square. Very safe to take a walk around, even late night. can't ask for a better location.

The hotel is directly across the street from the train/subway system. The hotel was quiet, clean and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.
