"A friend and I stayed for one night in a twin room. The room was clean and comfortable, but sadly the shower and bath adjuster was broken. You would try to have a shower and it would run at low pressure as it was filling the bath. It was too late to change rooms as we were going back out for the evening. The hotel in general was clean, staff very friendly/helpful, breakfast good choice, and in a good location for us. "

"Excellent hotel very close to Heathrow Airport. Be careful because there are a few Radissons and this is by far the best and still reasonably priced. Gorgeous lobby, gym, immaculate restrooms, good breakfast buffet and you can order items off menu as well....very comfy beds. I stayed here twice and it will continue to be my choice anytime i have a layover in London."

"Location is perfect. The room is very small with no real window but it was quiet. Bathroom was tricky as the shower door was where the toilet was. Internet was below average. However, small details made this actually very good value for money/location. If prices remain, I would consider this hotel once more."
