"Communication with owner was quick. The home is cozy and has everything you need. It is located 3 min walking distance from the dock where you can put kayaks in and head straight to the springs right around the corner. Kayaks, paddle, life jackets, etc is all provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for our short getaway. We will visit again. "

"Perfect getaway, you can literally walk to the springs, best coffee, icecream, restaurants and gift shops in downtown Crystal River. The host was amazing, the shower was super hot, great pressure with a handheld removable part to shower head. Very clean and nicely stocked home. "

"We had a very nice stay here. The house was very well kept and had everything we needed. The location is perfect and the boat dock provided easy access for those that bring a boat, to Crystal River and the Gulf.We will definitely be booking this location again in the future."

"A few friends and my husband and I rented this house for a long weekend. We all had the best time. House was so clean, outside oasis was peaceful and perfect for relaxing in the pool and grilling dinner. We launched kayaks from the boat dock and spent a day at the springs. The house had plenty of beach towels, towels, cooking supplies and extra blankets for the movie room. We went for walks in the morning around the neighborhood- perfect location in Crystal River!
