"Nice hotel with a short walk to the centre of town"

"Arrived just before 2pm (3pm check in) and the door was locked. Tried the buzzer, but no answer. Also tried the number on the booking and outside- no answer. I then had to wait more than 30 minutes in the car park until one of the cleaners came out, which allowed me access. There was absolutely nobody in the hotel. "Hosts Tim and Karsten were attentive to our questions, apartment was very clean and comfortable bed. Would have loved having an extra window for better circulation but at night temperature was perfect for sleeping.
