"The concierge, Kim was super helpful and SUPER GRACIOUS. My check in was perfect.
My room was cleaned once (I forgot my “DO NOT DISTURB”) and it was cleaned well. My room was cozy - quiet.
I ate in both their restaurants, and both were really good. They are expensive for sure, but they are priced the same as the town and local areas. Grand Canyon is EXPENSIVE. I Imagine shipping goods in is really expensive, too.
It’s a genuinely friendly place to rest and enjoy The Rim just a 15 minute walk up the road, and the property has many paved paths all throughout the forest the property is part of. I enjoyed walking those paths to the rim during my morning walks, and then, walking end to end…and all throughout the park; Wild Elk everywhere…quite a bit of Nature to see…Ravins in abundance, too.
This property is one of the most RESTFUL I’ve ever stayed in."
