"Fantasic staff, Jill served us breakfast both mornings, what could be better than eating a full English cooked to order breakfast overlooking the sea with a pot of tea or coffee, if a cooked breakfast isn't for you then a buffet style continental is available with a selection of fruit juices. The room we had was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated with an ensuite bathroom, overall the room rivaled and in some cases was better than most 5* hotels i have stayed in. Unfortunately we did not take and swimwear so could not make use of the fantastic pool, spa and steam room, a mistake that we definitely will NOT be making when we go back in a few months. Overall it is a large hotel that has managed to keep a friendly, personal feeling rather than an impersonal multi conglomerate atmosphere that you get from others thanks to the wonderful staff. Luxury feeling, dining with uninterrupted views of the sea and a short easy stroll to the beach, ticks all the right boxes for us."

"A great place to stay when you are in Devon. A very clean and welcoming place. A brilliant location for anyone to stay in Paignton only 2 minutes walk to the sea front and a 3 minute walk to the town centre all on the flat. The staff are friendly and very helpful the breakfast is very good. The room is clean and comfortable. And made up every day."
