The hotel is conveniently located, within a reasonable distance from the city centre, and we really enjoyed the lovely views of the canal from our room. "Absolutely everyone went above and beyond, from check in desk, house keeping and the breakfast restaurant! All staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was ready early and we received a free upgrade, thank you! A beautiful room, cleaned perfectly, refreshed tea/coffees (with great choice) and a superb breakfast! Comfortable bed and a great walk in shower. Cannot fault anything. Brilliant stay, will definitely be back. "
