"We had a nice stay at this property. It fit our group of 10 (6 tweens/teens) nicely. The neighborhood was quiet and only 15-20 minutes from all of our planned activities. The AC worked well upstairs, but the kids mentioned the basement bunk room was warm. Be warned the driveway is steep and narrow, tricky especially if you have more than 2 cars with your group. "

"This property was unique because it's on a road that dead ends into the New River. We could enjoy beautiful walking/biking paths and small waterfalls without the traffic or a long drive. "

"House was perfect for our family rafting trip. Clean, convenient to rafting. Kitchen was small but good for a 2 day stay. Loved the fire pit in the back! We roasted hot dogs and made s’mores. Check in was easy as was checking out. Will definitely be back next time we come to raft!"
