"Hotel Close to train and metro station. Good location. Plenty places to eat around there area, we didn’t eat at the hotel. But the restaurant looked nice. Bar was nice. Rooms clean. Used the swimming pool. It’s small. But just me and my daughter in it. So it was fine. There’s a nice gym there to. If you use the gym or pool. There are plenty of clean towels down there. No need to take room towels down.. I would stay again"

"We stayed at Steigenberger Hotel Berlin for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, especially for travelers arriving by train, as it is very close to Berlin Hauptbahnhof and convenient for exploring the city. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything we needed for a short stay was provided, and we appreciated the easy access to Berlin’s main attractions. A great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a superb location."

"I had such an amazing stay at the Grand Hyatt Berlin. I didn’t use the pool, gym, or breakfast, but the room and service was phenomenal. Room was squeaky clean everyday, room was gorgeous, and the location was convenient and felt very safe. It was my first time in Germany and this hotel made my experience perfect. If there is anything to criticize, it would be the Vox restaurant. My fries came out cold and my water was over 10 euros. It would’ve been nice to know that my water would be more expensive than most other drink options and my side. Their crème brûlée and wine was amazing though. I wanted to go back just for those. I will be coming back here if I come back to Berlin :)"

"Nur 2 Stern! Im Zimmer gab es weder eine Klimaanlage noch eine Lüftungsmöglichkeit. Außerdem wurden keine Hausschuhe bereitgestellt. Die Rezeption ist ab 22:00 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt, was für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse enttäuschend ist. Das Hotel war zudem sehr laut und wirkte eher wie ein Jugendtreffpunkt als wie ein ruhiges Hotel. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich allerdings das Personal an der Rezeption, das stets freundlich und höflich war. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Insgesamt ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis jedoch nicht überzeugend. Für diesen Preis gibt es deutlich bessere Hotels. Sorry, hart, aber fair."
