This hotel is great and clean. Especially for its pricing. Although I definitely feel like the amenities could use some work. Pool needs up keeping for sure and the jacuzzi doesn’t work. Beware that there is a 25 dollar pet fee if you travel with pets. But other than that this place gives such a nice rustic vibe with a most beautiful ocean view. The complimentary breakfast next to the beach is also very nice. Staff was very nice, and this hotel is very close to everything in downtown Rosarito.

Very bad service. We got there around 2:00 pm (we were completely aware that the room check in is at 3:00 pm ) The first thing the guard at the entrance told us when we arrived was that. We went to lobby second time that was told. Didn't feel welcome at all. Room was awful. They gave a room at the very end. Everything was terrible, from the staff to room and amenities. First of all we didn't feel welcome by the staff, the person at the front desk was like mad. We had our ocean view room and by 2 hours the electricity in have of the room went off, they couldn'd do anything about it. They changed us to another room without ocean view, was not clean, very cold, ants in the restroom, no internet at all and not even hot water. I told them and they didn't do anything about it. Our stay was horrible. Very disatisfy. They offer free breakfast for our kids as sorry(because free breakfast is only for adults) breakfast was cold. Never coming back to this place never
