"Run away, this place is terrible! Checking in there was a man sitting in the lobby watching rap videos loudly on his phone and gave me a terrible look. The room was filthy with dirt and hair in the tub, stains all over the bed. It was really gross. We hastily booked with another hotel and left as fast as we could. When we left that same guy was standing in his room with the foot open glaring at us as we’re walked by. We couldn’t wait to get out of there."

"I booked through hotels.com to arrive to room available. Staff was polite and directed across the street to their sister hotel for a room, Hallmarc "

"This is a bait and switch!! They demanded $28 more for the “deluxe” room which was paid in full, stating that was the price for the “renovated room” and that I wasn’t charged correctly through my 3rd party. When I refused to pay, they gave me an “non-renovated” room which was uninhabitable. When I handed back the key, while sharing pictures of the room and stating that “I wouldn’t even allow my dog to stay here,” the attendant expressed that I could just pay the extra $28 (on top of what I already paid) instead of simply offering me a clean room. She was extremely rude. I am not above staying in an older hotel, but when the entire site shows only renovated rooms, it is very deceptive. Below are photos I took after obtaining a key and before I allowed my children and I to sleep there. I am also contacting the health department. Please take the pictures down or put both renovated and non-renovated pictures up on your site. And then price the rooms accordingly. AND CLEAN THE ROOM before offering it to us. Never again. "
