"My reservations were mixed up, but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and assure I had a room when I arrived! I was in State for a death in the family and they were extremely empathetic! That is very hard to find these days!"

"Our stay was nice overall. The pool is great, the rooms are comfortable, clean, and quiet. My family and I visit this area of Michigan a lot, so this was a welcome find. Our other options have been declining in quality. I hope this one stays consistent. To that end: I'm glad this Hampton Inn did every-other-day housekeeping as opposed to the games that other hotels in the area play (next service that coincides with the day you leave). But no hotel will ever get an all-star rating from me until daily housekeeping is back as part of the price I'm already paying. Just a note for Hampton Inn Saline to consider."

"I don't like giving negative reviews but I hope it helps both to the resort's management and fellow travelers. It looks like they've had a hard time keeping up with the place. The grounds were overgrown and appeared unkept. In one of the rooms we booked the toilet tank was off and they hadn't made note not to book the room. Our room, the hairdryer was missing and I had to go get one. On a postive note, the beds were very comfortable. If you are using the water park it'd be a nice place to stay as the rates were very reasonable (book directly with the hotel though, the park fee isn't included when booked through a 3rd party). The bar was fantastic! We had a blast there so that was fun. All in all about a 3."

"We were absolutely thrilled and would love to go back! The host was very understanding and easy to reach, making accommodating our big group seem like a breeze!"

"Everything was good except one thing bothered us. The mirror in the bathroom was positioned to low to the sink. Every time we turned the faucet on the handle would hit the bottom of the mirror. That is the only issue we had with the hotel. "
