"You get what you pay for"

"We booked a so called “luxury” property through Expedia, and what we arrived to was diabolical. This is not an exaggeration from the moment we arrived, it was obvious the property was in a disgraceful condition. The settee was broken and leaning, covered in stains, the walls were filthy, and the garden was completely overgrown. To make matters worse, a full, rotting bin outside was swarming with flies, which were flying into the house as we opened the door. We contacted the management company...

"The hosts did a great job with setting up the room for my partner's birthday after I discussed the plan with them, and it looked so magical. The little house is definitely small but perfectly formed, with everything you need, even a small ironing board. The location was really close to the sea and the Canoe Lake Park and only a 10-minute drive to Gunwharf Quays. Furthermore, there was a heavy, pervasive odor of tobacco smoke. As a diagnosed COPD patient, this...

"We had a great time, lovely neighborhood, location is easy access to needed items. Marvin is an excellent host. He responds right away with all questions. For a home that is 140 years old it is in excellent shape. Beautifully decorated. Everything we needed was there. Big plus to be on the water. Thank you Marvin!"

"Very close to train station. Very close to large grocery store. Many diverse take-away and dining options in the neighbourhood. We all had our own bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped. Instructions for entry were clear. Door key was tricky at first, but we got the hang of it eventually. Bus routes nearby. No complaints. Would not hesitate to book again. "

"Excellent stay in a nice area. Property was clean, well appointed and ideal for our stay."
