"Staff was the star, attentive but unobtrusive. They put up with our attempts at Spanish. There was very good communication with our concierge through What’s app and booking external tours through Gaia website was easy and worked wonderfully. "

We like to cook our own suppers and the kitchen was so well stocked with utensils. The pool on the property again lovely. We stayed in some lovely places in Costa Rica … and this was our favorite. "

"The property has a great advantage in its location. Fantastic views and secluded position. A great place to enjoy a private vacation with family and friends. Close to national parks, beaches, and waterfalls! The house needs significant improvement at this point. It would really benefit from improving/upgrading the air conditioning system and removing/replacing some old (and smelly) furniture inside and outside the house. Having an outdoor dining table would be a plus. The sliding doors are malfunctioning and falling apart. The location is good, the view is great, but if you constantly smell strong and unpleasant odors inside the house and hear the noise of the old air conditioner and fan, your enthusiasm dramatically declines... Also, having a clear map (not just a bunch of photos with confusing handwritten arrows) of the roads leading to the property would really improve the service experience and help future customers."

"The property is close to town, convenient. about 15 min drive to Manuel Antonio. The staff are very helpful and kind. But the facility itself is too old. The room has no sound insulation. you can hear next door even if they whisper. I had to knock on the neighbor's door and asked them to be quiet at night. The bathroom shower needs to be updated with better ventilation. overall it's okay. "

"The room is beautiful and very clean! They are bungalows in the middle of the forest, with breathtaking views. The property caretaker, Tony, is very polite. Strongly recommend this. Just a note, there is no restaurant around so you must drive to the beach or quepos to eat all meals. There is no room service nor any service at the pool. "
