"To say that there is parking at the hotel is untrue and extremely unhelpful. Having read that there was parking, we entered the narrow streets, got blocked off and wasted an hour - very stressful! The hotel is lovely, but we had booked a triple room for 3 adults, and it was only prepared for 2 people. One of our party had dropped out at the last minute, but that is not the point. Also, the cotton cover on the double bed was too small for 2 people. However, the staff were lovely, the location...

"What a lovely find. Such a quaint and charming place. Really lovely staff, room was nice and well kept, lovely little area to ait outaide the room. Such a nice building with nice gardens. Located in a fantastix place onmy 5.mins walk to central Alacati. Highly Reccommend. Thank you "

"Asli was very helpful. Rest of staff not helpful. Facilities are aging poorly and needs update of AC, ceiling fans about to fall. Certainly no longer a 3 star facility. Good location."

"It was a huge disappointment that we had with my friend. Room wasnt that show photos on their photo album and room selection. It is literally look like basement and dirty. There were some trush in the room smell was really bad, dampness in the room and dirty bathroom. In this location and era this experience couldnt be real. Please be careful when you visit there. "
