"The room was on the smaller side, as expected, but beds were large and comfortable. Above all, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, particularly Kohei at check in. Also, the adjacent restaurant has excellent cheese, salads, pizza and very friendly staff."

"On the application it says that there's a spa available but you have to pay for it. Nowhere in the reservation portion doesn't mention that the spa has to be paid for. Most Japanese hotels that have a spa when you pay for the room you get the spa included by here they don't mention it at all but ..."
