"Quiet, conveniently located hotel near train station. Surrounded by lots of amenities. Room was a bit small, but need was extra comfy. Would stay again. "

"I would have rated this all five stars if it were t for the negative experience we had at the hotel restaurant and the front desk staff. The restaurant staff literally harassed us for 45 mins to “hurry up and eat” since we arrive at 9:45am and the breakfast closed at 10:30am. Yes, you read that correctly. Weird. The man chased my 8yo out of the restaurant after she attempted to get an orange juice in a to go cup. Not cool dude. The front desk staff also were quite passive aggressive and unhelpful. "

"This hotel is better than I expected. It is old but the room is clean with sufficient amenities. The price is reasonable for staying during Golden week. Proximity to scrabble crossing, Shibuya center gai and Shibuya Station is a plus. Front desk and breakfast staff working very hard. My only complaint is that there is not enough electrical outlets to charge my devices."

"The place was clean and beautiful. I loved they changed the towels and robes right at the next day. The staff are polite and all of them have excellent communication skills. I would recommend this hotel."

"Maybe this just how Shibuya is; the room was small. Except for the bed, there was not room to open my suitcase any where in the room. No closet no drawers. Also, traffic noise was very noticeable on the 8th floor. Staff were friendly and helpful and there was a nice coffee shop in the lobby. "

"The room was extremely hot (in April no less) and there was no way to regulate it other than leave the door to the hallway open. Other than that, our room was clean, staff were nice, and location is great."
