"Amazing host great communication "

"The ac was broken contacted the property manager and they blamed us for not knowing how to use the thermostat in the middle of June in Phoenix, Arizona. Told them early enough so the can send a person out to fix it but they didn’t kept saying we don’t know how to use the thermostats. We decided to leave the place the next day because of how the treated us and refused to send someone out till the next day at 3pm. Now they refuse to give us our security deposit as well. I will never use this cite...

"the place was exactly as pictured. really clean, beds comfy, wifi worked just fine and easy to connect. this is a fairly new property and this is evident with the shelves in the refrigerator still taped and no landscaping in the back yard. TVs in each bedroom, one in the living room and upstairs in the loft, all require your streaming service. extra hangers were a nice touch in the bedrooms, but need a small dresser or night stand with drawers. the queen bedroom downstairs was nice. the showers...

"Michelle’s home is fantastic and exactly as depicted in the listing and photos. The home has multiple comfortable areas to relax inside. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you’d need if you chose to eat every meal at home. The outdoor area is the true gem. A beautiful pool, lots of space to play or throw a ball, and multiple seating areas. Check-in and communicating with Michelle was very easy. Our family of five would happily stay again!"
