We had an unfortunate situation happen while we were vacationing and the host went above and beyond for us and she did not have to. So nice to know there are caring hosts. We go to Dillon Beach every year but from now on this will be our spot! "

"We had a great time at the house. The views of the bay are spectacular and it is very close to dog friendly Dillon beach. The house was spotless when we walked in and there were lots of really sweet, welcoming touches. Fireplace and living room with big couch was great for relaxing in the evening. Hot tub was a big hit and we loved the ping pong table and foosball table.Kitchen was well appointed - coffee makers, pots and pans, blender. Beds were comfortable. The house was overall in great shape but there were some areas for updating - faucets in the bathroom loose, sliding doors sticky, broken board on deck - that were at odds with how updated the house is otherwise. Not a dealbreaker, just a point of awareness. The house is pet friendly and worked well for our dogs. The yard is not fenced. The floors are all a nice new laminate but were quite slick. Our older dog struggled a bit, something to be aware of if you have anyone unsteady/mobility challenges in your party.The house comes with a guest pass to park in the neighborhood and from there it’s a quick walk to the beach. Note the path is narrow and a little treacherous at spots. Otherwise can pay to park at Dillon Beach parking lot. Beach was lovely, soft sand, ocean cold but shallow for dog and kid wading, not very busy in April. We called the rental company for help with the hot tub and they were fabulous. We’d definitely rent from them, and rent the house, again. The view of the beach and bay, stars at night, "

"This is an amazing home for a family with kids. Everything you could need for 12. Kitchen is incredible- fully equipped and fun to enjoy the ocean and the cows Access to Dillon beach is super!!9.5/10My .5 - we need a firm bed and none in the home. The upstairs is fabulous for grandparents but a new mattress would really really help. Awesome AB and B and super awesome if you are a soft bed fan"
