"The cottage was very spacious, clean and comfy. We liked the close location to the beautiful beach. The price was very reasonable for the size and location. The drawbacks were there were no windows that opened for fresh air. There were patio doors, but we didn’t want little creatures entering, so only opened a crack. The downstairs where the two bedrooms were located, was a bit musty because of no fresh air. A dehumidifier might help this. We did like this hidden-away gem in a small community overall."

"This is amazing property located in the heart of Tomales. We loved sitting on the front porch drinking coffee in the morning and enjoying a pastry from the local shop a block away. The house has a great kitchen fully stocked with all the necessary tools to make memorable meals. The dining room table is a large enough to host people comfortably to gather and gab. I am already looking forward to my next stay!"

"Our first stay at Dillon Beach- lovely overall. We enjoyed our stay at this quaint, comfortable, and well appointed home. Enjoyed the ocean views, and had a fun time in the evening hanging out at the fire pit in the back yard. Excellent communication by the owners. Will come back."
