The room and view weee superb, the public areas were lovely. The location couldn’t be better. The man that checked us is was very helpful and kind and then also served us for dinner and explained everything. The bed, breakfast and evening meal option included a three course meal (with no surcharges at all - not even for a steak). The man that checked us out even gave us a gift, truly lovely hotel chain with kind honest and caring staff. Would recommend and will return. Thank you. "
