The staff were attentive, kind and went out of their way. We stayed in a walled garden room. It was beautiful and the bathroom was huge. All of the food we had was wonderful. "It was our first stay in holiday home in Scotland and it was great. Beautiful area with all the necessary amenities (laundrette, little shop with all you might need), playground for children. The only comment to mention is that you need to pay extra for bedding, towels and bbq grill. "

"This hotel, though small, holds a rustic grandeur that encourages a long happy stay. Though my own stay was short (only 2 nights), I was able to explore the lucious ground and glenway trail that is connected to the hotel. As well as the friendly and helpful staff. The bar and restaurant were superb. Accommodations were alightly dated but held a rustic charm."
