The staff was lovely and the room quite comfortable, by Western standards for a Japanese room (although the futons were by far the hardest and most uncomfortable of the three ryokans we visited). "サイトとの連携がうまく取れていなかったものの、スタッフの方が早急に対応してくださり、快適に滞在する事が出来ました。シャワーブースに広さはありませんが、シャンプー等にこだわりが感じられました。 古民家感のある室内で、天井も高く、畳のためとても過ごしやすかったです。 朝食は洋食をお願いしましたが、こちらもカフェらしい一工夫があり、美味しくいただきました。 普段はホテルを良く利用しますが、こういった趣の滞在も、精神的にゆっくりでき良いものだなと感じました。 次回も堺に訪れる際には滞在したいと思います。 ありがとうございました。"

"I thought the gorilla theme was really cute and liked the shared space dorm feeling. Some guests were cheerful and not especially quiet but once it got late it was quiet and we slept well. It actually felt festive and pleasant. The bath facilities were clean. There could have been more garbage bins as they got full quickly and it became difficult to separate. The space had a good feeling and it was comfortable to sleep on futons even as a family. There's not much privacy so it might not be great...
