"All the restraints that you needed to make reservations for, the food was excellent. The buffet was good. The rooms were spacious and clean, comfortable, fridge was restocked every day with soda and beer. The pools are massive and there’s lots of seating. Once you have your chair at the pool it’s yours, 8am-8pm. No removing your towel if you want to leave for any reason, just be respectful and don’t put your stuff down and be gone for 6 hours. Added bonus that we didn’t even know about. They have an adults only pool.👍Lots of shad or sun beautiful waterfalls. It’s just beautiful. Entertainment every night. Restraints open till 10:30 and bars till 1am with snacks. It’s just everything you want from an all inclusive. A room with premium, definitely has its perks."

"The poolside seating is really nice, especially the cabanas. I had dinner at the really nice restaurant upstairs and the food there was delicious. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, although there was a strong odor of mildew that I complained about and was never completely cleared, the view was beautiful. The food at the buffet was just okay. I saw birds eating directly from the dessert table a few times. Overall it was a good experience. Reasonable prices and friendly staff."

"The room was clean. The food was decent. The beach was nice. The pool were nice. The beds, pillows, bedding were terrible. Noisy AC. Lines were long for drinks. No beverage service provided on the beach. Not many fitness activities. Minimal water activities. There some really old boogie boards that were falling apart. Two kayaks. Night time entertainment was mid and best. Silent disco was fun. All and all it was a basic all inclusive resort. Nothing special. "

"We had the Do No Disturb sign on our door everyday except for 1 day to freshen up the room and get new towels. Unfortunately, we noticed we had multiple items go missing from our room. We did notify the front desk and they said they would follow up and we never heard anything. Otherwise, we had a lovely time. "

"Perfect location! Beautiful beach view and direct access to the beach. Very happy with our room, the beach view and its amenities (kitchenette). Great and consistent service from the hotel staff. Everything is walkable to explore Zona Romántica. "

"The room is clean but a little dated. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is great. Long line up for drinks at pool. Not a lot of dinner options . The staff are very friendly and helpful. Loved the beach area."
