"The hotel is very centrally located and easy walking distance to most sights. It is on a busy street so you will likely hear traffic and noise especially if on a lower floor. The building itself is a bit dated. The staff are great though"

The hotel has lots of amenities like multiple restaurants, swimming pool, etc. The room was clean with nice comfortable bed but lacked refrigerator. Also the bathroom was nice and clean, but the surface of the sink was small and the shower didn’t have any shelf to put on our shampoo or bar of soap. "

"The hotel is next to the train tracks and there are trains running as early as 6 am and late at night. You can hear the train loud and clear. The room and washroom are very small and limited space to walk around. They have no tissue in the washroom."

The room was larger than expected, very clean, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after long days out. Room service was also very convenient, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a comfortable, well-located hotel with everything you need for a smooth stay in Lisbon."
