The space
The space has a modern updated fully equipped kitchen, a lovely and newly renovated bathroom on a quiet tree-lined street in the heart of the city.

The apartment features a queen-sized bed with a comfortable mattress. The flat has central air conditioning.

The house is a one minute walk to the subway! A 10 minute walk to the high-end boutiques of Yorkville and Bloor, excellent restaurants, gourmet groceries (Loblaws flagship Maple Leaf Gardens, Pusateri's), the Eaton Centre and Dundas Square, the night life and dining of Church Street, the University of Toronto, Ryerson, Bay Street and close to the theatres of Elgin and Winter Garden Theatre, Panasonic, Ed Mirvish Theatre and Massey Hall.

The central location (equidistant between Yonge and Church) makes the house easily accessible to the cluster of hospitals on University Avenue and the perfect location for medical professionals on short term exchanges.

Please note this house is located in a prime downtown location. Downtown Toronto is currently going through a major condo construction boom and there is condo construction at the end of the street at Yonge as well as one street south of the house. Although not noisy, if you are a light sleeper, you may occasionally hear the hustle and bustle of downtown early in the morning. The unit is not suited for travelers who require absolute quiet and peace for their stay.

Other things to note
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the Edwardian detached house. There are no elevators, but the stairs are not steep and quite wide.

There is no TV in the unit.

Please note this is a very quiet builiding. We do not offer lots of "luxury" amenities such as beautiful art works, fancy furnishings. We offer Fantastic location, convenience and quiet enjoyment!
