"After traveling eight hours, we arrived and they said they overbooked so we didn’t have a room. Spent over an hour looking for another hotel, very unhappy."

"Flew all day from alaska. They overbooked and sold our reserved room and were rude and dismissive and non helpful. There was a concert in town so all other hotels were booked. We drove around ABQ in 4 different Ubers trying to find anywhere to sleep. Finally at 330 in the morning got the last room at the motor lodge for five times its normal price (gouged) but we had no choice. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at the Hyatt place. I will be calling corporate and not going to let this situation pass treating a guest and loyalty member like a piece of garbage"

"Staff is very attentive and dealt fast and professionally with a medical situation. Property is overall in good shape, but some details need improvement like screen doors on balconies. Be aware there is no elevator. Would stay again at this property."

"Enjoyed my stay here. Convenient location and the room I had was excellent. It was a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with a kitchen and living room. Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. Many standard kitchen items were available for use, but did not use besides the fridge. The air conditioner wasn't cooling but luckily the night was cool enough to open the windows. Advised staff at checkout. Booked thru hotels.com and don't remember seeing notification that they charge $5/night for parking. Shower had excellent water pressure and beds were comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again."

"I really enjoyed my time in Albuquerque at The Imperial. The staff was more than friendly professional and polite. I liked the vintage style of the rooms and the color scheme. It reminds me of our hotels at the beach Jersey shore. I loved the Dive bar on the premises and the choice of 3 or 4 different takeout eateries onsite as well… Overall, my stay was great and I would definitely visit The Imperial again. "
