Wonderful stay. Stunning property, fabulous views, food was excellent, boat ride in our the Douro magical. Service could have been better - they were not as attentive as I would have liked to see for a property of this caliber.

Very beautiful although somewhat stark resort and VERY remote. For me the best part was the view and the pool area. Staff did not advise us of all dining options. We made a reservation for lunch and were the only ones there 🙄. Same menu as dinner. Could have ordered sandwich from room service or eat at bar. But overall a very relaxing experience.

The hotel is located a bit far from the historic district (not walkable) but cabs are plentiful and the cost is 4-10 Euros (depending on traffic). The hotel itself is spectacular with modern rooms, a great breakfast buffet and excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend highly.

We loved everything about this hotel! The staff is friendly, the hotel is brand new, the river view is amazing, great parking, easy access, safe area, buffet breakfasts are incredible, dinner on the pier is fantastic and the rooms are beautiful. We will be back.

Hotel Jaguar was a nice new property. The staff was great! Extremely helpful and informative. They offer a city tour which was a really nice touch and a hotel shuttle included in your stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Close to bus/train station. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. About 25 minute comfortable walk to historic Port.

Overall hotel is outstanding, impeccable service. The SPA was amazing. For this winter season, they should provide fire pits for the guests and some wine tasting activities.

We stayed in this place for 4 nights and had an experience of a lifetime. Staff were just absolutely respectful, professional and accommodating of our needs anytime. The food is like an other hotel where selections are limited. However, we would still rate their food with 4 stars. They have a complete facility of pool indoor and outdoor, spa, and gym with a big wine cellar and a scenic landscape wherever you look. We arrived during a rare one-day power outage and the staff did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The property was extremely clean and everyone on the staff extremely professional and helpful. Each morning's breakfast was absolutely wonderful and there was port wine and snacks in the lobby in the afternoon. We loved the central location in Porto, but it can be somewhat noisy at night coming from the cafes and restaurants nearby. Overall, I would stay here again...

We loved our three night stay at Memoria Porto. The staff treated us like royalty and our room overlooked the Douro River. One tip, we can offer is to take the # 500 bus to the coast and pay a lot less for authentic Portugese food, wine, and beer. We will definitely be back. The morning breakfast was filling and delightful.
