Excellent property. The resort is located on what appears to be a farm or in a farm area. We stayed for 4 nights and loved nearly everything. The room was excellent, only complaint was the bed/pillows were a bit hard for our tastes. If you like a firm mattress it will be good. We did not eat at the restaurant for lunch or dinner so we cannot comment on the quality of the food. Breakfast was typical and high quality. The spa was nice as well. They have a hydromassage pool and a regular pool, dry...

This was our absolute best stay in the three weeks we were in Europe! The staff was amazing, the food outstanding and the location — I can’t even begin to describe. If I could give it a higher rating I would!

We had a lovely time at FonteLiving. My 85 year old mother was very impressed and happy with the super clean room, kitchen and bathroom facilities provided. The view from our spacious balcony was stunning and gave us the perfect reason to stay as much as possible at the property. We enjoyed sipping the Tuscan wine from our balcony. Julia and staff were very helpful and friendly and took care of us from pickup till drop off at Chiusi C. Terme. I would love to come back and stay again in the...

Beautiful property, rooms were spacious and well appointed. Staff were wonderful and helpful, Paolo welcomed us and provided many helpful recommendations on restaurants and sites nearby. Breakfast was delicious, pasteries and bread freshly baked and staff very welcoming. Loved our stay.

A beautiful hotel, amazing pool (the top one) for lazying about for a day. Restaurant was only ok, same for the food by the pool.

We had a wonderful experience at this farm property. What an amazing view!

This lakeview gem is truly a charming getaway by the lake! So beautiful and in the center of it all AND lakefront! We will be back!!

Our third stay here. It’s so nice. The town is also quaint too.

The best accommodations we've had in Italy. The rooms are so cute! The stone walls, brick ceiling, and chandelier... I felt like I woke up in a castle. The entire property is just beautiful!! Breakfast was yummy. I wish I took more of the chocolate pastry. Staff was so helpful and friendly. We even met the owner, who was so kind and most generous. I highly recommend staying at Casale Serena. It would be best to get there before dark so you don't miss the signs to locate Serena. You can walk to...

Very friendly and central to the areas we wanted to vist

Gorgeous view of town of Orvieto, a lovely pool and hot tub, and beautiful grounds. Nice breakfast too.

A lovely B&B just outside town. Free Parking and Wi-Fi. Our room was a nice size, as was the bathroom, and had everything we needed. We also had a balcony with a lovely view of the countryside. Our hostess, Isabella, was delightful. She gave us restaurant recommendations and information on visiting the city. We loved that it was a 10 minute walk up to the parking lot where we could take the free escalators up to the center of the city. ( word of caution if you go at this time of year…it was a...

We've had a very good experience with this stay. The property is located in an open environment with a stunning surrounding view. Sleeping in a 1300 years old, stone room was definitely a rare opportunity. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend this to friends.

Excellent location and a beautiful, newly renovated apartment with modern amenities. The daily room service was an added bonus! The host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this place!

Hotel is easy to find, and close to the historic center, underground and museums.

We were delighted to stay at Hotel Podere Sette Piagge for our first night in Italy. It was a beautiful setting and our gracious hosts welcomed us and made us feel at home. Breakfast was outstanding as well.
