The hostess Fiorella was so kind and answered all our questions quickly and politely. This is tremendously helpful as this was the first time I was in Italy. "I feel as if the stay should be cheaper. The location was not ideal. Dirty balcony, surrounding location was not too pleasant. The room itself was ok, cleaned and prepared though. Shower was a bit small and the water didn’t get too warm. However, the contact was very helpful and a very nice guy. I just would not choose to stay here again unfortunately."

"I didn't stay ! After arriving and having the owner yelling at me and then yelling at Hotels.com rep. And feeling very unsafe, threatened, scared and locked in!! I left in absolute Tears. Even a man sitting on the bench out front says the owner is horriblen yelling all the time. Don't go here unless you're ready to battle.!!"
