"We had the most wonderful time here. We were greeted by the hosts, who were both very welcoming and showed us around in great detail. Everywhere was clean and tidy and the pool was cleaned daily. We really felt at home, we took great pleasure in using the BBQ in the evenings and enjoyed the warm evenings. Definitely going to be visiting again. "The property is not walking distance to Castro as described. This should be removed from the description as you need a car to to anywhere. It has lovely views but for the price lacks the higher end facilities that we would expect e.g. the kitchen had many appliances but most were old and could do with replacing. There was ample linen though the towels were not very hard. Outside the small pool had only 2 sun beds both of which had seen better days. For a 4 bed villa 2 beds were not sufficient...

"The country setting near Otranto was stunning with sunrise views and great outdoor spaces. The indoor facilities were more rustic but comfortable in keeping with the rural nature of the property. Parking and easy access to Otranto and surrounding areas was a plus. The hostess was gracious and attentive to our concerns. The quick laundry service was a definite plus. Our only issue was the wind in March/early April kept us from fully enjoying the great outdoor area. Later Spring or early Fall...

"The villa was very comfortable and well furnished. The fenced yard with all of it;s trees and garden was perfect for us and our dog to enjoy the outside.The location of this villa is good for visiting places in Puglia and has good restaurants nearby. "The area is beautiful and there is a lot to see. The home was nice, could have used a microwave oven to avoid running the regular oven, especially when the temperature is as high as when we were there. Naturally is not as comfortable as home but for a rental it was good and the owner was very nice and tried to fix the one problem we had. Would go back if we have the opportunity."

"I booked this villa for my family. It worked really well as there are two self contained flats behind the pool which was perfect for each couple with young children. One on the ground floor, one on the first floor, each with its own bathroom. There are two main bedrooms and the mezzanine in the main house. "We had an amazing time staying at Massimo’s place. The villa is even more beautiful in person and was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. It was central to a bunch of other nearby places on our list to visit and centrally located in the town. Massimo was a great host and very communicative and helpful throughout our stay as well as during our trip planning process. Can’t recommend staying here enough, and would love to come back to stay again. His place made our trip so special!"

"This villa worked great for our family of 9, with the separate bedroom and other rooms arranged around the courtyard. The pool was nice, and everything is secure within the walls so no worries about the kids playing on their own. It is in the middle of nowhere, but a short drive to a couple of towns with restaurants and shopping, and easy day trips to Otranto, Lecce, and numerous beaches."

"Too many high hidden fees for coming across as a Hotel. The director was very kind and polite. The 2 bedrooms villa was poorly designed. We learnt that the resort has been recently taken over by another owner. With did not have an unpleasant stay but I cannot accept fees that sum up to the cost of an extra night."
